On the edge of an enchanted garden, a new Chanaka creation came out: an ancient style restaurant open onto the park, with a high teak wood roof structure, resting on genuine temple columns. Everything has been conceived for your dinner to be served in a serene d├ęcor, in front of an ancestral door faded by time beneath the gaze of a Hindu god.

You will be captivated by the colours and scents: the shifting blue hues of the sky, the delicate perfume of frangipani blossom, the profusion of tropical vegetation.

Chanaka presides over his open-plan kitchen in view of the diners. Drawing on his european and oriental experiences, he blends sri lankan flavours with french gastronomy
in a way guaranteed to tickle you tastebuds. You will sample dishes made from very fresh products bought straight from local markets and fishermen. This is original, inventive cuisine presented in a highly refined manner. Each meal is a feast for the eyes and the palate, a beautiful gastronomic journey to the land of a thousand spices.
